Refund Policy
NOTE: We do NOT offer free returns — return shipping costs apply!
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is. If you're not satisfied
with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. *
The order must meet the following conditions:

1: The order still includes all original components, and
the packaging is exactly as received with the product. -
2: There is clear evidence of normal handling; damage caused by careless
treatment is excluded. -
3: Products where hygiene is essential must be thoroughly cleaned
before starting the return process. -
4: The product is proven to be defective immediately upon receipt.

5: We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer.

6: A return is processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met,
you will receive an official return confirmation within this timeframe.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been
used or damaged without our responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

We will then contact you and provide the return address – you can also find it at the bottom of this page.
Never send returns to the sender's address – we will provide the correct return address
once you’ve contacted us. You, as the customer, are responsible for
the return shipping costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following
conditions, provided the consumer is a natural person entering into a contract for purposes
that are not mainly related to their commercial or professional activity.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party
(other than the carrier) received or accepted the last goods.
As we use a fully automated system, orders are usually processed within 24 hours
of placement. After 24 hours, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process,
and a refund is no longer possible. If you notify us via email within 24 hours
that you wish to cancel your order, we will cancel it and
issue a refund.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sauvour) of your
decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email).
The cancellation is complete once we have received the returned items. Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items that cannot be returned:

Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines)

Hygiene or sanitary products

All personalized/custom-made products
-
Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health products
Shipments in transit
As our items are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur
that are out of our control. If the goods are already on their way to you,
the order cannot be canceled. Please wait until you have received the items, then return them.
You can of course inform us in advance that you wish to cancel.
To ensure the fastest processing of your return,
please send us proof of shipment.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments
we have received from you, excluding delivery charges (except any additional
costs incurred due to your selection of a different delivery type than
the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and
no later than 30 days after the day we received notice of your
withdrawal and the returned goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees
for this refund.
Responsibility for return costs
The customer is always responsible for all return shipping costs.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
